An independent state, located in the midst of a inhospitable frozen Tundra. It is the largest of all the tribes, and just like it's southern brother is ruled by a monarchic chiefdom.
Just like it's brother in the north, the Southern Water Tribe is an independent state with a federation of smaller tribes spread among the South Pole. They have one large city, where once a year many southerners gather and celebrate the Glacier Spirits Festival.
A water tribe that once migrated from the cold poles to the warm swamps somewhere in the Earth Kingdom. They are independent and don't use many of the technology advantages that are there nowadays.
An old city with a tribe of water benders that revere the great water dragon that lives in it's nearby lakes. They are not to fond on other water benders, especially those from the pole tribes. As their beliefs on spirits often collides with theirs.
Mostly presumed as the most ancient and first water tribe ever to existed, the ruins of the Sea Serpent Kingdom still stand firm in the harsh tides of the sea. But how it has fallen into ruin is a mystery yet to be solved.
A peaceful town, build right on top of a large waterfall. It's a harmonious place that welcomes all, and often stays out of the political turmoil with the other water tribes.
